When a transfer of property is being kept in the family or a related party then we can prepare documents to effect the transfer.

For these transactions, there may be exemptions which apply for Duties or the property may require a valuation from Landgate Valuation Services to calculate the Duties.  We can discuss with the Duties implications on your Contract.
